Feeling those extra pounds from quarantine? Well, these healthy dinner recipes should help out with your meal planning. From meatloaf to pasta dishes to kebabs, there’s sure to be something that catches your eye.
I’m not a health coach or nutritionist, but I do know that not everything has to be data-focused. Sometimes we get so caught up in tracking calories, salt, sugar, carbs, etc. However, portions can play a big part too.
Trust me, I’m a WW fan. I’ve done it several times in my adulthood and always have great results. But not everyone can afford it. Nevertheless, several of these recipes are from WW (Weight Watchers).
