Ready for some randomness on this fine, chilly Saturday morning?

Miscellany:

1. Does anyone know what happened to the Chiefs last weekend? It was such a disappointing game. Usually, two great teams make it to the Super Bowl and play a good game. Unfortunately, the Chiefs didn’t show up or play well. Congrats to the Eagles. I was born in Philly, so I can’t be mad. Haha.

      2. I hope you had a Happy Valentine’s Day. We celebrated earlier in the week with some takeout sushi. Last night, we had filet mignon in our comfy clothes at home without the pressures of feeling like we had to get all dolled up and fight the crowds. It was perfection.

      3. This past week, I organized and prepared 90% of my tax information for the first time in a very long time. Who am I? Haha. So, I’m happy to report we’re ahead of schedule. Yes, and AMEN!

How is it that after 14 years of being self-employed, I forget how much paperwork I have to muddle through so much?

      4. If you’ve been around long enough, you might remember that I mentioned this is the year of self-care for Moi (me/Kelly). I’m happy to report that I’ve officially lost 5 pounds and scheduled my first one-on-one counseling session. Sorting out some of my anxiety (amongst many other things) is a priority, and I’ve been putting it off for far too long.

p.s. I finished Gossip Girl this week. OMG. Loved it! -xoxo 😂😂 (IYKYK)

      5. Reminder: Get your Real ID. I need to get mine, too. GULP.

      6. It’s almost time for some spring cleaning. Have you forgotten about these seven spots?

      7. While it’s after the fact, I did share this Valentine’s Day Inspiration earlier this week. Maybe you could pin something for next year.

      8. Great read! How to deflect nosy questions, stop advice-givers, fend off criticism and more.

        Hey Kelly!
Loving everything on your blog today:). The Color Walk was really interesting, think I’ll try that. Always love those vintage valentine’s you post. And now I am a new Insta follower of Slimming Violet thanks to your mention of the cottage cheese salads.
Congrats on your weight loss ! I am right outside of Philly so extremely happy our Eagles won!!!!!!
