Guess what? It includes that magical ingredient, Bisquick! The crowds go wild! Bisquick for the win. C’mon, you know you love it as much as I do {wink}.
Amazing Crustless Quiche Lorraine
Who doesn’t appreciate a dish that you can whip up with ingredients you have on hand and has a punch of flavor that will have the entire family doing a happy dance? I know I do. Easy and delicious equal perfection.
It’s a win-win when the cook’s happy and the family enjoys a delicious meal. Crustless Quiche Lorraine is served….
Crustless Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- 12 bacon strips cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup onion diced
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 9-10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and diced onion (in that order) evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.
- Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
- Stir in milk and add the Bisquick. Beat until smooth.
- Pour over the ingredients in the pie plate.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
I could seriously eat quiche for breakfast, lunch and dinner! This savory dish proves that there are endless variations by using broccoli, ham, mushrooms, spinach, peppers and more.
