Remember my impossibly easy Parmesan Chicken Nugget recipe?  Well, I’m back with another impossibly easy dish, Crustless Quiche Lorraine. And it’s delicious.

Guess what? It includes that magical ingredient, Bisquick!  The crowds go wild! Bisquick for the win.  C’mon, you know you love it as much as I do {wink}.

Who doesn’t appreciate a dish that you can whip up with ingredients you have on hand and has a punch of flavor that will have the entire family doing a happy dance?  I know I do. Easy and delicious equal perfection.

Crustless Quiche Lorraine

Servings: 4 -6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 12 bacon strips cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup onion diced
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Lightly grease a 9-10-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and diced onion (in that order) evenly over the bottom of the pie plate.
  • Beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
  • Stir in milk and add the Bisquick. Beat until smooth.
  • Pour over the ingredients in the pie plate.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

I could seriously eat quiche for breakfast, lunch and dinner!  This savory dish proves that there are endless variations by using broccoli, ham, mushrooms, spinach, peppers and more.
