Coffee lovers rejoice!  Today I’m not only sharing a delicious frozen treat, but it also happens to be one of my favorite coffee drinks from Starbucks too.  Are. You. Ready?  Caramel Macchiato Popsicles.

Coffee Lovers Rejoice! These Caramel Macchiato Popsicles are a flavorful explosion for your pallate. Recipe at livelaughrowe.com

This was my first time making popsicles like this!  I was a nervous wreck — silly, I know.  However, I was pleasantly surprised how incredibly easy they were to make and how delicious they turned out.  I gave myself a pat on the back.  What a fabulous way to celebrate the first day of summer, right?  Enjoying one of these Caramel Macchiato Popsicles.

A few weeks ago I purchased my first freezer popsicle maker.  I wanted one to make popsicles using wooden sticks, just my preference.  I decided on the The Progressive Pop Maker and I’m so glad I did! In good faith, I even ordered extra pop sticks.  I have a feeling this will be the first of many popsicles for me!

This recipe has only TWO ingredients, so they’re not only yummy — they’re easy too!

The secret ingredient being the International Delight Fat Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, of course!  A couple of other recipes I’ve used International Delight creamers in include Churro Caramel Vanilla Shake and French Vanilla Dream Bars.
