Does life ever feel like this for you?

NYC Cabs and TrafficHustling and bustling.  Non-stop.
So much noise, you can’t think straight?

When what we really want is this….

Dawn Beach in St. MaartenRight?!?!  C’man, you know I’m right!

Although we can’t all jump on a plane and head to the beach — we can choose to Stop and Smell the Roses.  We’re all familiar with that phrase and it’s reference to slowing down and paying attention to what is going on around us.  Sometimes we get so busy that we neglect ourselves and forget to take some time to just stop and enjoy the little things.

Guess what?  I did just that!
I’m a workaholic.  I confess.
However, I am trying to find some balance and
I’m attempting to take some shortcuts along the way.

Here’s one of them..
In this horrible summer heat and humidity,
I love to enjoy a tall glass of Iced Tea.
I try to brew a pitcher of  iced tea, but sometimes finding
the time for such a mundane task isn’t that easy.
Time always seems to sneak away from me.
Then I discovered Lipton K-cups.
{cue the hallelujah chorus}

Lipton Tea K-Cups. Fill with Ice. Brew. Enjoy!Yep, they brew over ice!

So, I decided to take a shortcut and
not worry about  a pitcher of tea, but try
something new — and easier!
I popped one of my Lipton K-cups into my Keurig…

Brew Lipton K-Cups in your Keurig for a quick cup of iced tea!I brewed myself a cup of cold iced tea,
added a slice of lemon and
headed out to one of my happy places.

Our deck.

Catching a few rays of sunshine with Lipton K-Cups, while reading my favorite magazines!I enjoyed some sunshine,
iced tea with lemon, a favorite snack
and a few of my favorite magazines.

Brew a quick cup of Lipton K-Cups over ice!Taking some 'me' time and enjoying a few of my favorite things! It felt good too!
Easy.  Refreshing.  Relaxing.

With the Lipton tea K-Cups, you can enjoy at least 5 great flavors that are ready in just minutes!  Whatever suits your fancy — I think they have you covered!   Aaaand Lipton K-Cups are available to purchase in stores and online at nationwide retailers.  So, if you have a Keurig, love iced tea and enjoy a shortcut once in a while — what are you waiting for?

It’s time to enjoy the simple things and take an iced tea break {wink}.

I haven’t tried the tea k-cups yet but I’m definitely going to now! I’m making it my mission this summer to just try and have more moments here and there where I take a break and relax for a bit. It doesn’t have to be a whole week off (although I would LOVE that) but it can just be as simple as doing the same thing you did! 🙂

We’ve loved our Keurig and use it all the time. I’m a hot cocoa girl and my husband drinks coffee. I’m so happy to see options for summer now too.

Your way of relaxing looks very similar to mine! There is something so great about magazines and a nice cold glass of iced tea that really gets the stress out!

I love iced tea but hate making a full pitcher because I’m the only one who drinks it and a lot goes to waste. Lipton K-cups will be perfect for me! Now I can make one glass at a time!!

Ahhhh…those first two photos. Perfect contrast. I love a glass of ice tea in the summer, and have always loved Lipton. I’ll look for these in K cups now!
