Brussels sprouts seem to get a lot less attention than most vegetables. And yet, I love them! Whether their roasted, sautéed or stir fried in bacon drippings — they can have amazing flavor. These Bacon Brussels Sprouts are to die for. I probably could’ve eaten them all. Yep, that good!
Bacon Brussels Sprouts
So, in making this recipe and doing my research for “key words,” I learned something new. I never knew that brussel sprouts is actually spelled brussels sprouts. What?!?! Did you know that?
Yeah, I felt kind of silly. I had even spelled it wrong in my Roasted Brussels Sprouts recipe. If you look at the url — it’s spelled wrong. (Insert face palm). We learn something new every day, right?
Regardless of how it’s spelled, these Bacon Brussels Sprouts have such a beautiful, rustic flavor.
