Ruby Tuesday (aka Happy Tuesday)!  My family has been saying Ruby Tuesday for years — and I’m not sure I even know the reason why, but it makes me smile so I roll with it.   Today, I’m sharing one my new all-time favorite snacks, the 3-2-1 Cake (which only has 2 points for Points Plus and 3 Smart Points, if you’re on Weight Watchers).  I learned about this at a meeting.  Nom nom nom!!

Two Point Weight Watchers treat! 3-2-1 Cake with livelaughrowe.comI have an enormous sweet tooth!  I like to treat myself to dessert as often as possible too.  So, finding something that is yummy and a on the skinnier side — well, that’s a win-win.

Congrats on joining as a Ziplist partner, Kelly! I started with that process and then decided it wasn’t for me. It’s a great help for all those internet-savvy shoppers out there. Thanks for the recipe too!
