Spring Brunch Ideas for Table Decor

Spring is approaching and I couldn’t be more excited!  Seriously?!?  Seeing daffodils pop up from the ground and hearing all of the birds chirping away — I’m pretty giddy!  I had some spring brunch ideas for table decor.  There’s a pop of color and a great deal of simplicity, but it’s perfectly spring!

Pitcher with Hydrangeas Spring Brunch Ideas for Table Decor – simple and sweet!

If there’s one simple way to host a little get together without going over the top — it’s brunch.  Pick a few basic dishes to serve, set your table (or go buffet style) and it’s time to toast to celebrations with friends!

As I mentioned earlier, I wanted to keep this spring tablescape a little simpler.  Mixing some of the old with some of the new was a match made in heaven. Let’s take a closer look.

Beautiful Spring TablescapeOne fun thing you can do with table settings is layering.  It’s okay to mix plastic, paper, and glass too.  Sometimes we think there are rules to these types of decor and setting; however, I think anything goes if it looks cohesive and pretty (wink).

Use cloth or paper napkins — or both.  Aren’t these sweet floral napkins perfectly spring?  And I am so in love with the little glass vases with the billy balls.  Those are vintage spice bottles I scored at a local flea market.  I cleaned them up and used them at each table setting for an extra pop of color.  They’re little balls of sunshine, right?

Spring Brunch Place SettingI have to admit that the centerpiece is my absolute favorite within this table decor!  An enamel pitcher with faux hydrangeas and greenery?  It came together so beautifully — and it’s become a permanent fixture on my table as my spring centerpiece.

I must have flowers,
always, always. (Monet)

So, I have a new found love for different colored pedestal bowls, etc.  They’re perfect for serving smaller snacks such as nuts, mini biscotti, and other goodies.
