Recently I shared that breakfast is super duper important when I posted my Bacon, Cheese and Veggie Individual Frittata recipe. Since it’s so important, I thought I would share another breakfast recipe with you, Overnight Oats.
Overnight Oats Recipe
This is a fabulous recipe that you can prep up the night before and enjoy the next morning. Most of us have busy, hurried mornings or our spouses do. Why not prepare ahead of time and make our mornings a wee-bit easier for us?
One ingredient I used that is a little newer to me is the use of soy milk. I’ve always worried I wouldn’t like soy milk, so I never really gave it a try. Well, I finally did taste it by using the Vanilla flavored Silk Soymilk in this super simple recipe. Guess what? It was amazing. It will make your taste buds do a happy dance!
Let’s give this recipe a try! If soy milk isn’t your preferred milk, be sure to make any substitutions as needed.
