This year my mom will be having us over for Christmas morning. We usually open gifts first then have a big breakfast. Meals around the table over the holidays are always special to me.

At Thanksgiving, I had printed the Thanksgiving word searches off and placed them in a basket with extra pens on the table. Therefore, we each did crossword puzzles while enjoying dessert.

I’m guessing my mom will incorporate these when we sit down for breakfast this Christmas. My mom and I are both word puzzle fanatics. As a result, she always says how much she enjoys doing these.

To clarify, I think these puzzles make great cards and/or gift “accessories” too. So why not attach it to a gift? Use washi tape or bakers twine.

In addition, wouldn’t it be a lovely gesture to print one of the Christmas Word Search printables and give it to a neighbor with a few baked goodies?

All of the word searches that I’ve shared this year were designed as square images. Each is sized at 4.75″ x 4.75″. I personally love the square because it’s a bit unexpected and yet it’s still versatile.

How about engaging your family and friends in a friendly little competition with a fun Christmas Word Search game? It’s great for kids, adults, and everyone.

If some of the kiddos are a little too young, print the Christmas I Spy printable for them. Have some candy canes on-hand for a sweet reward (wink-wink)
