This Greek Burger is a mouthwatering treat that you have to ry! The feta cheese, taziki and olives are a perfect medley of flavors that will leave your tastebuds begging for more.
If there’s one place I haven’t visited, but would love to one day – it’s Greece! I’ve fallen in love with some of their basic ingredients, which include Greek olives and tzatziki. Both just have delicious flavor.
Have you had tzatziki before? It’s a dip/spread made from Greek yogurt, cucumber and garlic. It’s incredibly flavorful and has such versatility. It can be used as a spread or dip and can be paired with pita wedges, french fries and so much more! Your taste buds will thank you.
A few summers ago, my parents gave the hubs a Bobby Flay cookbook: Bobby Flay’s Burger, Fries and Shakes. I highly recommend this cookbook if you’re a burger and fry kinda family. My husband could eat Five Guys every night of the week {giggle}.
Anywho, we stumbled upon this Greek Burger recipe and it melted in our mouths. It’s a summer staple now. Today I thought I’d share my modified version with all of you. Prepare to get a wee-bit hungry. Enjoy!
