Happy Hellos, friend! Guess what? The cooler weather is slowly rolling in. Next week, we’ll be in the 60s and 70s. Eeeks!

Miscellany:

1. The Northern Lights made an appearance in several locations this week. I didn’t know until my Facebook feed was flooded with pictures. Womp, womp, womp. Did you get to see them?

2. After seven years, I said goodbye to my first fiddle leaf fig. I called it the leaning fiddle of Rogersville. Haha. It started to look sad and couldn’t stand straight without several bamboo sticks holding it up.

I bought another one last year, so with the goodbye comes a fresh start.

3. Would you believe I made a second trip to Silver Dollar City last weekend? Yes, siree. The fam-bam went up on Sunday afternoon so that we could enjoy the sights of the evening. It was GREAT!

Steve and I enjoyed pulled pork sandwiches and funnel cakes. We upgraded our tickets to season passes so we could enjoy a few more visits during the Harvest Festival and An Old Time Christmas Festival. YAY!

Did you know that Steve and I went to Silver Dollar City on our first date in November of 2005? SDC is very sentimental to me.

4. Did you see my brand new shiny post earlier this week? I shared this leather air plant holder. I’m obsessed!!!

5. Christmas is approaching. So, I did a thing. GULP!

I have a flocked tree en route as we speak. I’ve never had one, but I’ve always wanted one. It also happens to be one of those trees that is “less full.” Eeeks.

6. Seint released some brand-new hair products this week. And OMG, they’re pretty darn impressive. I’m a shampoo-lathering queen, so I was skeptical when they announced a Cloud Cleansing Creme that would replace shampoo and conditioner, and it doesn’t lather. Color me impressed, friends. It worked amazing. I did get a scalp massager to ensure that my scalp was clean. Amazing!

The Heavenly Hair Gloss is a delight as well. It hydrates, protects, restores, and more. Did I mention how good it smells?

7. I love to handwrite things — letters, to-do lists, addresses, reminders, etc. These 20 Creative Lettering Ideas got my creative wheels turning. How about you?

8. My heart goes out to all the Floridians impacted by the recent hurricanes. I’m praying for all of you, including those in North Carolina. Watching the news and seeing the damage and loss has been heartbreaking. You’re in my thoughts and prayers!
