Southern Italian Stew

Brrrr. It’s been so incredibly cold the past few days here in St. Louis. Pair that with an icky cough and cold and it was time to make some soup!  This hearty Southern Italian Stew seemed to fit the bill.

Warm up to a bowl of this hearty Southern Italian Stew. Recipe at livelaughrowe.com

I love soups, stews, and chili’s.  I could eat a different one every day all winter long.  Pair a bowl of soup with a baguette or cheese and crackers and, well, I’m a happy camper {hee-hee}.  It’s always a win-win when it’s Weight Watchers friendly too (9 points per serving).

The spinach, beans, potatoes and macaroni make this stew hearty, tasty and full of protein!
