I love coffee and dessert! For an everyday indulgence as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias®, I made a dessert using Gevalia Cappuccino single serve cups. Easy Cappuccino Tiramisu, incorporating two of my favorite things!
Do you like to indulge throughout the day? Gosh, I sure do and probably a little much on some days {hee-hee}. I was recently introduced to the new Gevalia café-style drinks for Keurig brewers. I use my Keurig every day, multiple times a day, so finding a café-style drink that is affordable that I can in indulge every day is a win-win! Of course I started by doing a web search to see what they were all about and was excited to head to Walmart to pick up a box or two.
They are delicious, affordable and the perfect treat to enjoy in the comfort of my own home. Ahem…not only do I enjoy drinking them — but I also enjoyed using them for a little dessert making too! Oh, for something like, Gevalia Cappuccino Tiramisu maybe…
Easy Cappuccino Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cappuccino two brewed Gevalia Cappuccino single serve cups
- 8 oz. bar of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 packages 3 ounces each soft ladyfingers
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare cappuccino according to package directions and set aside.
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with heavy cream and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Spread a few tablespoons of cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a 2-quart serving dish. Separate ladyfingers. One by one, dip a third of ladyfingers in espresso, then arrange in bottom of dish. Spread with a third of cream cheese mixture. Repeat twice with remaining ladyfingers, cappuccino and cream cheese mixture for a total of three layers.
- Dust with cocoa just before serving.
