Well, I’m happy to report that I have successfully completed week one of the #EatFreshChallenge! Aaaaand — it was a huge success! I learned that it’s all of kinds of easy breezy to do your meal planning with Cooking Planit, using fresh ingredients and Colavita products. It’s not rocket science. Can you believe it? {giggle}
What a week — a week of learning new things, cooking with fresh ingredients — and having a menu ready to go! It was wonderful. I think we even spent LESS money because we had a plan of action rather than flying by the seat of our pants. I loved stocking up on fresh vegetables, meats and more! It took a little getting used to, but the meals were easy and mouthwatering!
From Salmon to Salads, we had a menu full of savory foods and each bite was infused with flavor! So, all in all, week one was a HUGE success.
The Colavita products I’ve received are incredible! Are you familiar with them? Its a trusted family brand with an enduring commitment to top quality products — and that they are! From extra virgin olive oil to pasta to capers, your taste buds will do a happy dance!
Did you happen to join me in the challenge last week? If not, feel free to join me this week — here’s some exciting news!!! In honor of the #EatFreshChallenge, Cooking Planit has reduced the price of the iPhone app to $1.99 (regularly $2.99), the iPad app to $2.99 (regularly $4.99) and the Android universal app to $1.99 (regularly $2.99) for the duration of the challenge! (Please note: The free versions have limited content and functionality, so be sure you take advantage of the savings and deliciousness). Woo-Hoo! So grab the app and join the fun this weekend.
This week, I’ve decided to mix it up and incorporate a breakfast and lunch dish! Yummy goodness all day long.
