When I was in college, there were a few of us who would grab a cup or thermos of hot cocoa (and snacks, of course), pile into a car and drive through neighborhoods to look at all of the holiday lights. I still enjoy doing that and I hope it never grows old.
Finding wonder in the little things each holiday is something I hope we never lose. The dictionary defines wonder as a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration, caused by something beautiful, unexpected, unfamiliar, or inexplicable.
Let’s keep the awe, surprise and fascination in Christmas and stay forever young… what do you say? Hopefully, you’ll place this calendar somewhere so that it can serve as a continual reminder.
