I am a huge snacker, so having some healthier alternatives are important. Almonds are a great source of protein, so this Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe is a win-win. Sugar-free, yet flavorful too!
A couple of years ago I shared this recipe over with Lil Luna’s readers, but I thought today was a great time to share this yummy goodness with you!
Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe
I’m not exactly sure when my love for nuts emerged, but I do remember that my mom would set out a large bowl of mixed nuts in shells and nut crackers over the Christmas holidays. I loved cracking them open and discovering (and taste testing) all of the different kinds of nuts and flavors. Walnuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts, pecans and more!
Almonds became a favorite. If I don’t add flavor to raw almonds, you can usually find some of the 100 calorie packs in my pantry. They’re just great to have on hand when you’re on the run — you can toss a bag in your purse.
This Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe not only makes a great snack, but it also makes a great homemade gift too! You can’t beat simple — and delicious.

Love this idea – I might use it as Christmas gifts. One question – do you remember where you got those little glass jars? I am hoping they are affordable.
Thanks!

Hi Laura. I’m so glad to hear you like this as a gift idea! The little glass jars with the colorful lids? Those were from Michael’s in there value bins; unfortunately not recent though. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions 🙂 Hugs!
