I’ve seen Biscoff Spread recipes all over the internet for quite some time; however, I had no idea what it really was. Have you ever flown on Delta airlines? If so, you’d know that they offer you these yummy cookies to accompany your beverage of choice: Biscoff Cookies, and they are delicious. Well, little did I know, that those cookies are what the Biscoff Spreads are made of. Would you believe that I just tried the one of their spreads for the first time? I bought a jar of the crunchy spread. Oh. My. Glorious. Goodness! I was literally eating it by the spoonful, only pausing to take a drink of milk {giggle}. It’s incredibly delicious! I’m afraid there’s no going back either… I now have three jars in my pantry! What? Yep. THREE. JARS!

So, I got to thinking about how I could incorporate a Biscoff Spread into a recipe and ‘spread the love.’ There’s an apple dip that I love and it calls for toffee bits. I wondered if I could substitute the Biscoff Crunchy Spread for the Toffee Bits. It never hurts to try, right? We had a winner, which is what I’m going to share with you today! Biscoff Apple Dip.

When my husband got home from work, I asked him to give it a try — he said, “now that is good.” Honestly, it makes a great fruit dip, pairing with your favorite fruits. Prepare for your tongue to do a happy dance! Enjoy.
