A couple of years ago, I spotted these Mini Yellow Chairs (see pic below) in an Arhaus furniture store magazine.

Arhaus_Yellow Mini Chair
I loved them and thought they would would be a great addition to my home.  Did I know exactly where at the time?  No idea {smile}, but I believed they would work somewhere.  I mean, how couldn’t they?  These chairs were in the $30 price range (each, might I add) and I would/could not justify that price.  Shortly thereafter, I was browsing through our local Hobby Lobby store and saw chairs very similiar to these, but unfinished.  I scooped them up as they were on sale too — they were around $6.00 each if I can remember correctly.  A little paint and some sanding and antiquing so it had a vintage look and voila!  Easy breezy!
.
They took a little getting used to at first, but now I can’t imagine the room without them.  Aren’t they great and I got two for half the price of one from Arhaus.

I think you did a fabulous job on the paint. I love the yellow antique look. These would make a wonderful addition to any room.

You did a really good job on painting them, i really like how antique they look. I agree with you though…I'd have a hard time adjusting to having empty chairs up on my wall! I could totally see myself using them as bookshelves or to hold knick-knacks!

I have mini chairs and I love them! Mine sit on our stairwell ledge. Right now, one is holding a pumpkin, the other a family picture and on all four I have little fall pendant flags that hang across the back! So much fun!
