Vintage Inspired Free Halloween Printable
Happy First Day of Fall, friends. I’m doing a happy dance over here. Care to join me? I love fall. And with fall comes Halloween and Thanksgiving. Before we know it, Christmas will be knocking on our door too (insert face palm). Regardless, I’m tickled silly to be sharing this Free Halloween Printable with you today. Another vintage inspired print that makes my heart smile.
Isn’t this halloween print just darling? I found this original vintage clipart, then decided to brighten it and use a different font. So sweet. I mean that sweet little girls face, her braids and the happy pumpkin are simply irresistible.
As I’ve mentioned time and time again — Halloween really isn’t my thing. And if I am going to do any decorating or crafting, I prefer to keep it on the lighter, happier side. I do not like the dark side of this holiday. A lot of that is due to my upbringing. We celebrated the holiday as a Harvest Theme Party at our church.
From dunking for apples to face painting to trying to break the piñata open, it was such a good time. The church families were happy to have their children in a safe place. And so many lovely memories were made.
Did you ever trick or treat?
Yes, when we were younger… I remember a couple of years so clearly. My sister and I were pretty stinking cute clowns one year. And another time we were dressed up like gypsies. I’ve seen pictures my mom took and they make me smile. Of course, the best part was all the candy in those buckets (wink-wink).
How about you? Do you have some fond memories of costumes or Halloweeen parties?
Well, if you’re anything like me, you like to have options when it comes to last minute gift tags, place cards, small favors, decorative art, etc. And, well, printables to the rescue! Having printables available is always a win-win, especially for the holidays.
For styling this place setting, I started with some simple fall leaves…
… and then I added the printable. Voilà, a simple table setting without skeletons or all-things black. I think this print is soooo sweet. It just makes me smile.
This Free Halloween Printable is sized at 3.5″ x 4.5.” That’s just the right size to use as a favor or place card at your Halloween dinner — making it super versatile. It’s also great for scrapbooking or journaling.
