Hey there! Today is one of my favorite days around these parts — it’s par-tay day! I’m so glad you’re here. Being that we’re partying — boy do I have some yummy features to share with all of you. Lots of vegetable dishes were linked up last week, so you might want to put some of these Vegetable Side Dishes in your back pocket for your upcoming meal planning and/or barbecues!
Before we get to the party… how has your week been? Earlier this week I had lunch with a few of my former employees (now dear friends). I used to be the Director of Admissions at a local nursing college and my team was INCREDIBLE. It was so nice to see these ladies, it’s been at-least 6 years since I’ve seen some of them. We had such a lovely time catching up and celebrating some of their accomplishments. Two are with the same college in National roles and one has since retired. It was nice to take a walk down memory lane and hear how life has been treating each of them. At first I was a little nervous because it had been so long since I had seen some of them, but we picked right up where we left off… those are the best relationships! Don’t you agree?
Well, I hope your week has been good to you, friends. Now, let’s get to the yummy part of this party and (virtually) dig into these vegetable side dishes.
