Gift Ideas for Mom

Mother’s Day is quickly approaching!  Gulp.  Are you ready?  This week, I rounded up a few Gift Ideas for Mom from my bloggy friends.  Before we get to the good stuff, let’s talk about today…

Today was a good day — I had another follow-up appointment with my orthopedic doctor and things with my shoulder are looking goooood, like I might only have another month of therapy good.  GLORY!  Will my shoulder be 100% in a month?  Nope.  It can take up to one full year for the shoulder to feel like it never had surgery, but I’m okay with that.  I can FINALLY see the light at the end of this grueling dark tunnel.  If I could high five all of you, I would.  I was so happy to hear that I’m progressing really well.  Some days were hard and unbearable, but in the end, it was all worth it.

Tell me, how has your week been?  Getting lots of fun projects done?  I have really been slowing things down and enjoying every minute of it.  Plus, vacation is around the corner — so I’m looking forward to being a beach bum for a week in St. Maarten again.  Me, a book and my iPod will have a blast staring at the beautiful blue waters and sandy beaches.

Enough about all of that — let’s take a looking at these Gift Ideas for Mom.  I hope you’re inspired!
