This Cheers to Dad Celebration is brought to you by World Market. All opinions are 100% mine.

Good ole’ Dad! He’s always there to fix anything that’s broken, from a dead car battery to your broken heart. Just thinking about the number of times my dad has come to the rescue makes me just want to squeeze his neck and say, “YOU ROCK!” I wish I lived closer to my daddy…. those miles make the heart grow fonder though. I’m thankful for this special day of the year that is set aside to celebrate him and all of his super powers! All dad’s have them, right? {hee-hee}.   How hard is it to say, “Cheers to Dad!”

Take a closer look at how you can pull off a fun and informal celebration with friends and family to say, "Cheers to Dad." livelaughrowe.comCheers to Dad  – fun and simple Father’s Day Celebration

That special day is almost here, now is the time to start planning how we’re going to show our dads just how much they mean to us. Why not do that with with the help of World Market? Gosh, I love World Market! You know that, right?  Not only do they have awesome Father’s Day Gifts to choose from, but they have some fun beverages and munchies too.  With a Cheers to Dad theme… I thought I would pick up a few goodies at our local World Market and host a small celebration for some of our daddy friends. Let’s take a closer look at how I pulled this fun and informal celebration together.

Not every party or celebration has to be over the top and for a lot of men — a cold beer and some munchies are sure to be a win-win. So, why not invite a few daddy friends over and let them unwind and enjoy themselves? Give them full control of the remote too and you’ve just scored some extra brownie points {giggle}.

World Market has a box of beer from around the world. I thought that would be perfect, since we’re celebrating all dads, near and far!  I picked up on of those and the hubs tagged along to create his own six pack too. For the ladies who don’t drink beer, I picked up a bottle of Ed Hardy Sangria. This has become one of my all time favorites — I love it on the rocks and I’ve been told that if you add some frozen peaches, it’s even more deelish! I need to try that.

“A good father is one of the most
unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet
one of the most valuable assets in our society.”
(Billy Graham)

Anywho, I even grabbed my munchies there, along with a couple additional pilsner glasses. One the menu: Peanuts and Potato Chips. Fun and informal, remember!? See that fun metal pail? World Market! That was perfect to throw some ice in to keep the beverages chilled. Add a little fun by making your own little cork place holders too!

Beer Sampler for Cheers to Dad celebration at livelaughrowe.com Aaaaand if dad doesn’t like to drink — no problem.  They have fabulous non-alcoholic beverages too!

I love that they carry a large assortment of sodas, lemonades and juices in the classic glass bottles with the fun vintage-inspired labels. You can even pick up some fun pint glasses too! How perfect is the Dad’s Root Beer glass? One my dad’s all time favorites is Cream Soda, which they had! I was flooded with childhood memories seeing that bottle on the shelf. Sniff! Sniff!

So, how will you celebrate dad this year?
I raise my glass and say, Cheers to Dad!
We celebrate YOU, because YOU ROCK!

I lost my Dad in ’95, but I’ll celebrate his life by continuing to follow his example and channeling his strength. That generation was/is the salt of this earth. I may plant a tree in his honor. Happy Father’s Day, Kelly.

I had picked up very similar things for my husband and our dad’s just last week. I also added some peanut butter filled pretzels and bacon flavored sun flower seeds that I also found at World Market. So fun!!
