While thinking about making these, I remembered buying some mason jar graphics. I had bought them from an Etsy shop called the Pink Pueblo. Subsequently, these gift tags were born.
As a result, I’m in love. I seriously swoon every time I see them.
Supplies for Jars of Buttons Gift Tags:
Kraft and White Cardstock
Printer to print the jar printable
Scissors or Paper Cutter
Sewing Machine, optional
Buttons (new or old)
Rounded Corner Punch, optional
Glue Gun
NOTE: I actually had blank playing cards on hand that were just the right size, so I didn’t have to do any extra cutting for those.
*Please Note: All printables and downloads designed by Live Laugh Rowe are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please do not alter the mason jar file or claim it as your own. Mason Jar graphics can be purchased at the Pink Pueblo for additional uses.
Tutorial for Gift Tags:
Step One:
Print off the jar tags. After that, round the corners by hand or use a corner punch.
Step Two:
Sew the kraft jar tags to the white card stock you cut out or use blank playing cards. You can hand stitch or glue if you prefer.
Step Three:
Glue buttons to the jar. Feel free to thread some of the buttons. In addition, feel free to use new or vintage buttons in the jars.
And you’re done! So super easy and incredibly darling, right? Add a fun touch to your gift-giving. Think of all the possibilities with these sweet little jars of buttons to add a fun touch to your gift-giving!

Kelly, this is such a creative and cute way to make gift tags. I’m not sure I understand the Mason jar fad that seems to be sweeping the nation right now, but I do love these labels!
