Overnight Oats with Berries Recipe

Let’s see, we recently concluded that Breakfast is super duper important back when I shared my Bacon, Cheese and Veggie Individual Frittata recipe. So, since it’s so important, I thought I might share another breakfast recipe with you. This is fabulous dish that you can prep up the night before and enjoy the next morning. Most of us have busy, hurried mornings -or- our spouses do. Why not prepare ahead and enjoy? I hope you enjoy this Overnight Oats Recipe. It’s delicious!

One ingredient in this recipe that is a little newer to me is the use of Silk Soymilk. I seriously have always worried I wouldn’t like soymilk, so I never really tried it…  then I bought it to try in this recipe! I have fallen in {love} with the taste. I used the Vanilla flavored and it will make your taste buds do a happy dance! Overnight Oats Recipe
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup Silk Soymilk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup blackberries or cut strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of pecans, chopped
  1. Mix the oats, soy milk, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, heat up and top with berries and pecans. Add additional milk if desired.
