I wanted to share a quick and fun way for some super fun and easy handmade business cards. Months ago I saw an image on Facebook by UCreate about them forgetting to print business cards for some event — so they made their own. I stored the idea in the back of my head for SNAP! I loved the idea of something handmade that I could use as a business card and offer a free crafty item. Seriously, I think these are AWESOME. So, if you’re ever in a pickle, keep these DIY Business Cards in mind. They are great for the crafty types, and they could easily be designed as party favors or gifts too!
This is so incredibly easy!
Design. Print. Cut Cards. Snip Sides. Wrap.
I simply designed one card, then laid them all out in Word (eight per page), keeping in mind that I needed to visualize my cut lines to ensure there was enough spacing. Yes, there was a bit of trial and error, but I also wasn’t looking for perfection.
I chose to print mine on kraft card stock; however, any color card stock would work! I cut out all the cards, snipped the sides with triangles and wrapped the bakers twine around each of the cards! Voila!
It was so much fun making these and now I have 40-50 little tokens of crafty {love} to share with some of my bloggy friends at SNAP! However, I’m fairly certain these DIY Business Cards will come in handy for other fun events in the future as well.
Thanks for letting me share a little of my DIY fun. Stay crafty!

What a cute way to hand out your business cards! Maybe you should do a post after SNAP with a bunch of ideas so that the gals who received your cards have a few ideas on how to use their new twine. Just an idea!

Would you mind sending me the template so that I could make my business cards? I could not figure out how to create this in word or find the icons to use. Thanks.
Kelly Rowe says
Hi Heather. I created this for personal use in Adobe Photoshop, so unfortunately I’m unable to provide a template.
