Friends, I’m partying with you from the warm, sunny beaches of the Caribbean.  St. Maarten to be exact.  This time of refreshing is long overdue… Time away from work, St. Louis, house work, cooking and every thing else in between.  Best part?  Being here with my hubby and absolutely no distractions.  Pure bliss.

St. MarteenLife’s a Peach, I mean Beach… Well, you know what I mean {giggle}.  So, I thought I would share a round up of Peach Desserts!   A couple weeks ago I went to Eckerts, a local ‘fruit picking’ farm.  Of course we picked up some of their delicious peaches.  I didn’t get a chance to whip up a recipe with them, but I”m pretty sure these will make up for that.  Enjoy!
