Notes
Now that we have a delicious in our back pocket, let’s talk about Office Potlucks. What’s an Office Potluck without a theme? Of course you could say you’re hosting a Christmas Potluck, but why not spice it up a bit and think a little outside the box when planning? I thought I’d share a few fun Office Potluck Theme Ideas, good for any season! Before you officially start to plan the potluck, let’s come up with a theme:
1) Southern Christmas BBQ Potluck. From pork, chicken and ribs to baked beans, potato salad and cole slaw, this will have everybody saying, “Y’all, this is some good stuff.”
2) Soup Potluck. A perfect potluck as the cooler temps roll in! You might even consider a Chili Cook-Off too.
3) Alphabet Soup Potluck. No, it’s no literally soup {giggle}. Pick a letter from the alphabet and every one will bring things that start with that letter (i.e. Pick the letter S and you’ll have foods like Spaghetti, Soup, Salads, Seasoned Fries, Sandwiches, and more).
4) How about Breakfast for Lunch or Breakfast for Dinner Potluck? Bring on the bacon and eggs!
5) Finger Food Potluck. Chicken wings, mini burgers, stuffed mushrooms, cheese sticks and don’t forget cookies and cheesecake bars!
6) Taste of Home Potluck. Have everyone bring a dish that reminds them of comfort food from home. This will also be a great conversation starter too!
7) All One Color Potluck. Have a black and white theme. All green foods, anyone? How about all red? Oh, the possibilities!
Hmmm, maybe I need to plan one of these soon {smile}.
