Simple Easter Wreath

I have a confession to make.  I’ve only decorated for Easter a couple of times.  I love Easter, but I’m not so keen on all the pinks, blues, and glitter that tend to come with all the decor.  However, hanging a wreath on my front door for Easter is totally doable.

I’m 99% sure that I’ve made every single wreath I’ve ever put on my front door.  How about you? Wreaths can be so expensive and I can usually make one that is much cuter for a fraction of the cost.  So, I thought I would share one of the easiest wreaths you can make!

Here is my Easter Wreath that I now have on my front door.  Friends, this wreath is so super duper easy — and so super duper cute {smile}.  It will take you less than 20 minutes too!  Score.

LOVE this simple Easter Wreath -- and it only requires TWO supplies!
Beautiful and Simple Easter Wreath

Supplies for Simple Easter Wreath:
Grapevine Wreath
Egg Garland
Floral Wire, optional
Glue Gun, optional

That’s quite an extensive supply list, huh?  {giggle}  I picked both of these items at my local Michael’s store; however, you might find your supplies on-line or elsewhere.

Supplies for DIY Easter Wreath with livelaughrowe.comOnce you have your wreath and garland, you’re going to intertwine the egg garland within and around the grapevine wreath.  I tried to capture how I did that in the photo below.

LOVE this simple Easter Wreath -- and it only requires TWO supplies! The egg garland I used was wired, so I didn’t need any additional supplies; however, based on whatever garland you purchase to use will determine if you’ll need some floral wire and/or glue.

Aaaaaand, that’s it!  Simplistic and Sweet.

LOVE this simple Easter Wreath -- and it only requires TWO supplies!I love the light, neutral colors too — being that I’m not a big pastel girl.  What do you think?  I’d love to hear from you in the comments below.  Happy crafting -and- Happy Easter!

What a beautiful Easter wreath 🙂 I've never hung a wreath on our door and I've never made one myself but you're making me want to fix that up right away!

Kelly that is so cute! Nice job! Seems like I make a wreath every season (at least!) and a few for special ocassions. Somehow a wreath on a front door just says "Welcome".

This is lovely and so easy to make. What a great idea. Like the girl above, I spent way too much on a wreath very similar a couple of years ago. Oh well, next time.
