June 2017 Calendar

Summer is almost here — for many of the kiddos, summer break has already begun!! That means it’s time to head to the beach, pool, park, plan those vacations and more. With a new month approaching, it’s time to share the June 2017 Calendar (and the crowds go wild).

As you may or may not know, I’m a bit of a quote fanatic. I love to browse Pinterest for them too. Recently I saw this one by Laura Ingalls Wilder.

“Some old-fashioned things like
fresh air and sunshine are hard to beat.”

That made me think of summer, spending days outside in the fresh air and sunshine. I took a quick stroll down memory lane — reminiscing of those hot summers in upstate New York and spending hours in our pool, eating watermelon and making so many fantastic childhood memories. Gosh, some days I’d like to have a time machine. Wouldn’t it be nice to relive a few of those childhood memories?

NOTHING can replace good old-fashioned fresh air and sunshine! No TV show, playstation, iPhone, etc. There is absolutely nothing like spending time in the great outdoors. Sometimes, we probably take it for granted.

I hope this months calendar inspires you to get outside more. Take that walk you’ve been putting off, plan that picnic for you and your significant other, go camping, and crank up the grill!
