Ironically, I love winter! Most people don’t, so you might think I’m a little crazy. However, it’s probably one of my favorite seasons. I love the cold temps, I find them incredibly invigorating. Andy Goldsworthy said, “Snow provokes responses that reach right back to childhood.” And I couldn’t agree more! So, I decided to share this Winter I Spy Printable with snow and childhood memories as my inspiration.
Winter Inspired I Spy Game for Kids of All Ages
For many of us, winter consists of sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats, hot cocoa, cookies and more! I love taking a stroll down memory lane and all the sledding I did as a kid and warming up with a cup of hot cocoa.
Yes, my bones feel differently during the winter months, and I may even have to fight off the winter blues — but I still love this season. I know, a little cray cray. However, this Winter I Spy printable is for the winter lovers, those who are young at heart and enjoy exercising their mind. It’s a great travel game for the kiddos too!
“If kisses were snowflakes,
I’d send you a blizzard.” -Unknown
Print these off for the next snow day — or a fun Sunday afternoon activity. It’s something the whole family can get involved in. Don’t you agree? Mom vs. Dad, Parents vs. Kids, etc.
