Any last-minute card buyers out there? You know, the ones we see standing in the card aisle the day before or the day of any given holiday? Haha. There are plenty of them out there, which is why I thought it might not be too late to share this Printable Mother’s Day card.
First let me say, that I am not a last-minute card buyer. If I’m in the store and see the upcoming holiday cards are already out, I often make an a-line to the cards. I don’t want the last picks, I want the first ones. After a while, it’s slim picking and a whole lot of glitter. Am I right?
I’m often torn between cards with sentiments or blank cards — where I can write my own. I often buy those with beautiful sentiments; however, it’s always nice to write a thoughtful word or two and share a quote or poem. Don’t you agree? This 5×7 card is blank, leaving you full creative liberty!
I thought these florals had a Rifle Paper Co. feel and I just couldn’t resist, it’s perfectly feminine and perfect for mom!
Supplies for Printable Mother’s Day Card:
White Cardstock
Printer
Paper Cutter
Bone Folder, optional
A7 White Envelope
- Download your card
- Print onto white cardstock.
- With paper cutter (or scissors), cut your card out.
- Fold card in half. I like to use a bone folder for a smooth crease, but that is completely optional.
- Add your message and place it in your envelope for giving! That’s it.
Sometimes it’s nice to have a unique option for a personal card. Sure, store-bought cards are great — but, this year, give mom a card that will be like no other!

I prefer to print my own cards these days. I think I will be giving one of these to my mum!

I wanted to say thank you – I was sure I had bought a card, but can’t find it anywhere – not only have you got me out of a jam, this one is also much prettier!
