Winter will be here before we know it — and there’s no better way to prepare than to have your Winter Must-Haves on-hand and ready to go!

Collage of Winter Must-HavesWinter Must-Haves:

Scarves. Can one have too many scarves? Nah. I love them and they can spruce up an outfit with a quick tie. They are pretty darn versatile too. Well, they keep your chest warm too. If we’re going out in the cold for too long, being sure that I’m not going to get a chest cold is a must. How about you? Do you like scarves? I’ll let you in on a little secret. Plaid scarves make my heart go pitter-patter.

Boots and Socks. Need I say more? I seriously look forward to winter just to pull my boots out! From the leather knee-high boots to my Gray Classic Cardy Uggs. Socks are a pretty big part of the boot scene too. I just love how boots can perfectly complement an outfit.

Winter Hats. How do you feel about hats? I like them, but I think 95% of them look goofy on me {hee-hee}. Pictured is a black conductor hat — for some reason, these look pretty cute on me. Soooo, if a cute hat is necessary, this style fits the bill. I love the warm and fuzzy hats too, you just won’t see them on me all that often.

Gloves. Yes, yes, and yes! Know what some of my favorite gloves are? Isotoner. Don’t get me wrong, I have a gazillion pairs of gloves, but I tend to wear my Isontors the most. I like to get a lined pair too. They just look nice and keep my hands warm. That’s a win-win for me! We all know that the cold weather can really do a doozy to our hands and covering them is a preventative measure.

Lotion. Now, for those who can’t seem to remember to put their gloves on, it’s always recommended to have a moisturizing lotion on-hand. Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Jelly Cream instantly increases your skin’s moisture by 250%. Infused with Vitamin E, it keeps skin moisturized for 18 hours.

Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Would you believe it contains micro-droplets of Vaseline Jelly? Vaseline Intensive Care Deep Moisture Jelly Cream moisturizes to heal severely dry skin.

I have sensitive skin, so I love that it’s hypoallergenic, won’t clog pores and that’s it’s unscented. If you’ve had a perfumed lotion go into a crack on your hands — you understand what I’m saying there.

Chapstick. Confession: I’m a chapstick fanatic during the winter months. I keep one in my purse, coat pocket, care, and drawers (in the kitchen and nightstand). Haha! I despise chapped lips, so keeping them moisturized is a necessity. I’m pretty faithful to the original; however, the peppermint flavor that comes out during the colder months is perfectly festive!

Travel Mugs for coffee and hot cocoa. Duh, right? Hot drinks certainly warm us up and cute mugs around the house and on the go are a necessity. When I’m leaving the house to run errands, I love to take a cup of something yummy and warm.

I’m showing the iPhone to symbolize the Starbucks App. If I’m already out and about and need to pick something up — I love using my handy-dandy app to pick up a Pumpkin Spice Latte, Egg Nog Latte, or a Hot Apple Cider. Being prepared is always on my to-do list. I’m off to buy that adorable red and plaid thermos too (did I mention adorable?).

What are your winter must-haves? I’d love to know — and maybe I’ll discover a few more for myself. Of course, flannels and sweaters are another popular winter must-have too. The mission for me is to stay warm, cute, and prevent dry skin and chapped lips.

Hugs and Blessings!xo Kelly
