Spring fever or Spring favor? Maybe it’s a little of both! Regardless, these cute flower cups are just too cute not to share. The colors make me smile too.
I think most of us are so ready for Spring. It’s been an incredibly confusing winter for us — warm days then cold days, then even warmer days. I love my winters, but this year it was rather pathetic, so bring on Spring.
I was recently inspired by a Martha Stewart tutorial someone pinned, so I headed off to the store to buy a few supplies; however, most of them I had on hand. I think these would make a great spring favor for a Spring gathering or a “Happy Spring” gift for a co-worker. Wouldn’t you agree?
Supplies for Flower Spring Favor:
Spring Scrapbook Paper
Double Sided Tape
Mini Cupcake Liners
Scissors
Candy
Step One:
You’ll want to free-hand the flower or use this template. Once you have your template, trace and cut.
Step Two:
Apply a small piece of double sided tape to the bottom of the cupcake liners.
Step Three:
Place the cupcake liner in the center of your paper flower.
Step Four:
Add your candy, which I’m sure you’ll agree is thee yummiest part of this project, right? Jelly Beans are probably ideal, but these are egg shaped Sweet tart type candy. A pleasant surprise upon taste-testing {giggle}.
Now, we’re ready to decorate a table, give to the kiddos, share with a friend or set a few on your coffee table.
What will you do with your Flower Candy Cups?

These are so cute! Another plus for a children’s party is that they don’t hold so many candies that the kids get overloaded with sugar. Such a nice favor for them to take home, too. Thanks for showing this.
