We’re less than two weeks away from Christmas!  Squeal.  I think one of my favorite parts of the season is the decor.  It seems to change a bit every year — the hubs doesn’t really care for that {hee-hee}.  I say it’s a women thing…  Anywho, this year I got my first Balsam Hill® wreath.  It’s a bountiful 22″ Boxwood Wreath. Of course I wanted to find just the right spot, whether it be indoor or outdoor, I stared at it for a few days just strategizing.   I thought about the front door, but eh…  Maybe on our oversized chalkboard in the kitchen?  Nah.  Then it hit me, the buffet in our dining room seems to be where I create seasonal vignettes and I had the perfect spot!  Aaaand my Rustic Christmas Vignette was born.

Another new addition to my decor this year was this driftwood tree.  Isn’t it magnificent?  I spotted it, but then I didn’t pick it up (silly me).  Of course, it gnawed at me all night too.  So, the next day I headed back and, apparently, it was meant to be! Insert a happy dance.

A bowl filled with old coverless books wrapped in red ribbon makes for a lovely holiday centerpiece. www.livelaughrowe.com #holidaydecorWe’ve officially come full circle, because I’m going to end with another fun fact about my new wreath. This boxwood wreath comes pre-lit with LED lights for a charming glow — and it is truly charming!   I love how vibrant and realistic this pre-lit wreath is.  It truly adds an elegant touch to the space.  I love mixing the old with the new and found the burlap bow was fabulous last minute touch.
