Grow Your Blog Series {Recap}

The week of February 12th-18th and the “Grow Your Blog” Series was a huge success thanks to the fabulous contributors and YOU!  If you’re just now catching up with us, here you’ll be able to meet the fabulous group of ladies that shared some relevant information to assist you in growing your blog. Below the ladies bios, you will find the title of each post that will link you directly to the contributors blog post.

This series was and is truly about how we can help you! We all represent various sized blogs, but we’re sure of one thing, we’re a part of a community!  So, let’s continue to grow together!

Meet the ladies!
Meet Laura

Hi there! I’m Laura and I’m along for the ride.  No really, I am.  Along For the Ride isn’t just the name of my handmade shop and my blog, but it’s how I see my walk with the Lord. I am along for the ride He has planned for me, and what a glorious ride it is!  During the day (and lots of times at night) I spend my time running a residence hall on a college campus. My husband and I live in the hall and our neighbors are 400 loud, silly, messy, wonderful college students. We have a kitty baby named Jupiter that shares our little apartment.  When I’m not working in the hall, I spend my time with a glue gun in hand, making lovely things for my shop.”Keep it simple” is my motto for my life as well and I blog a lot about the simple, little, imperfect things that make life sweet.

Meet Carolyn
I’m Carolyn and my blog is homework where I post about crafts, diy and all types of creative inspiration. The name homework was originally my business name when I worked at home as a marketing consultant. When I started blogging, I kept the name since I’m still working from home – it’s just a completely different kind of work. I’ve always loved being creative and I’m thrilled that I now have a place to share my projects.

Meet Lish
Hey, I’m Lish and I am the one and only behind Imprintalish. Imprintalish is a lifestyle blog with a focus on my two little men, 2.5 and 10 months old and my up and down adventures of a being an Etsy Shop owner and SAHM trying to achieve the perfect balance between family, work and creativity!  I love capturing the little moments in life through the lens, so along with sharing all my pretty finds from Pinterest and Etsy, your sure to find tons of photo loaded posts too! Over the last 5 months I’ve watched my blog grow enormously and am excited to be sharing with you some things I’ve learned along the way!

Meet Kelly
Hello friends!  I’m currently a stay at home wife who is going through the ‘what’s next?’ stage of my life.  My bloggy home is right here at live.laugh.rowe where I share my journey with you — one that includes crafting, cooking, my furry friends, incredible husband and my faith.  Prior to my blogging adventures, I was a Director in Higher Education, where I managed, recruited, developed and networked to achieve growth.  I initiated this series because I know that starting and growing a blog can be fun, but overwhelming at times.  I also believe in paying it forward — so I hope this series will offer you some insight from this incredible group of ladies.

Meet Amanda
Hello!  I’m Amanda,  a stay-at-home mom of two who blogs at OhAmanda.com and Impress Your Kids and is the author of Truth in the Tinsel. In my former life, I was a Children’s Pastor — overseeing, organizing and developing ministry for kids in nursery through middle school, but now that I’m a mom, my“skills” are used up on my kids!
Meet Desirée

I am Desirée, the heart behind The 36th Avenue.   I am a mamá X 4, a thrifty shopper, a fabric lover, a paint brush best friend and a never ending makeover believer.   My motto in life is make the ordinary…  EXTRAORDINARY and that is what my blog is all about.   I hope you take a minute to visit me sometime at The 36th Avenue and while there make sure you say hi!

Meet Nichelle

Hello friends, I’m Nichelle from Vintage Wanna Bee. I love Disney Princesses, strawberries, vintage, thrifting, creating, crafting and making new friends. I started my blog and shop after I was injured during a surgery, and I’ve come to love blog world and sharing my little story. In a little over a year of having a blog I gained over 1,800 followers. I feel so very blessed to be a part of this “Grow Your Blog” series. I wouldn’t have been as successful as I am without the help of lovelies like YOU. I believe blogging is about creating an community of friendship and love, and I hope that I radiate that in my blog, shop and as I help others who have also helped me. I’m here to share my experience, and hopefully help some of my new friends along the way. I’m excited to help others, my motto this year is to “Laugh, Create, Inspire”. I hope that after reading this series you are inspired, and not only will you grow, but that you will help others along the way as well. Let’s get this par-tay started!”
