In case you get into a last minute baking pickle this week, I thought I would share a very simple and yummy semi-homemade treat. I teamed up with Betty Crocker, by making a quick trip to the grocery store (of course) — and we whipped up some super “sweet” treats to share with you: Valentine’s Day Sandwich Cookies.
These cookies are bite size, meaning half the calories, right? {giggle}.
Bag of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
Frosting (pink or white and add pink food coloring)
Festive Sprinkles
2″ Cookie Cutter
Instructions:
Follow the package instructions for baking the cookies
Frost one half of the sandwich, then place the unfrosted half on top of it.
Roll your sandwich cookie in the sprinkles and your done!
Whose coming over for milk and cookies???
I love how simple these are and they’re perfectly “sweet.”

That looks so easy, yet so good at the same time. I think this must have been a week for semi-homemade, I used a cake mix this week myself. I found you via the My Girlish Whims link party.
