package Jello Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding

2% milk
1
cup
pumpkin
1-1/2
cups
cool whip
lite or fat free
1
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir the pudding mix and milk together until thick
Stir in pumpkin, spices and vanilla.
Fold in cool whip.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with cool whip, pecans or toasted coconut.
