Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
Quiche:
6
large eggs
1 1/2
cups
half-n-half
Salt and Pepper
2
cups
chopped fresh baby spinach
packed
3
oz
jar of Real Bacon Bits
1 1/2
cups
shredded cheese
Crust:
1 1/4
cups
Original Bisquick™ mix
1/4
cup
margarine
softened
2
tablespoons
boiling water
Instructions
Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor.
Layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the egg mixture is set.
Cut into 8 slices and serve.
