Frozen Chocolate-Peanut Butter Banana-Cookie Bites

Ingredients

creamy peanut butter
Jif is my go-to peanut butter
1/2
cup
prepared chocolate pudding with skim milk
30
reduced-fat vanilla wafers
1
large ripe banana
cut into 15 slices
Instructions
Stir peanut butter into pudding until thoroughly combined.
Spoon 1 teaspoon pudding mixture on flat side on each of the 15 cookies.
Top each with 1 slice of banana and an additional teaspoon of pudding.
Top with remaining cookies, flat side down.
Store in airtight container and freeze until firm.
Serve or store up to 2 weeks.
