Melt butter and honey in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add frozen corn and cook over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream cheese and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until melted and creamy.The corn will thicken as it sits. For a thinner consistency, use less cream cheese or stir in a splash of milk when reheating.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
