Cream Cheese Candies
Treat yourself to these delicious no-bake Cream Cheese Candies. They will melt-in-your-mouth and make great gifts too.

Ingredients

oz.
cream cheese, softened
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract (almond or peppermint may be used as well)
3
cups
powdered sugar
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring and kneading as necessary until smooth.
Shape the mixture into approximate 3/4-inch balls.
Roll the balls in granulated sugar and place them on the prepared tray.
Flatten with a fork, making a crisscross design.
Cover with paper towels and chill overnight.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 1 month.
Recipe will make approximately 50 Cream Cheese Candies.
