Simple Chopped Salad Recipe


  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, quartered slices
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese


  • In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce and remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
  • Add dressing of choice (or serve on the side).
  • Serve immediately.
