Frozen Rocky Road Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 packages 3.9 oz each Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups cold mils
  • 1 tub 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts
  • 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat dry pudding and milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in cool whip, marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate.
  3. Spoon into 2 qt. freezer-safe container and cover.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop into dessert dishes and serve.
