Bisquick Coffee Cake

Cook Time 25 minutes



  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2/3 cup water or milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


  • 1/3 cup Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grease an 8"x8" or 9"x9" square (or round) baking dish.

  3. Mix cake ingredients and pour in baking dish.
  4. Mix streusel ingredients with a fork or pastry mixer until crumbly.

  5. Spread topping mix over cake mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
