Mango Protein Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango Pieces
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • Ice Cubes as needed


  • Place milk and Frozen Mango pieces into the blender and blend. If you wish to add some ice to thicken the consistency, do so at this time.
  • Once the large pieces of mango and ice are crushed, add the protein and pulsate until well blended.
  • Pour into glass and enjoy!


Other frozen fruit can be substituted for the mango.
