Mango Protein Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango Pieces
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
  • Ice Cubes as needed


  1. Place milk and Frozen Mango pieces into the blender and blend. If you wish to add some ice to thicken the consistency, do so at this time.
  2. Once the large pieces of mango and ice are crushed, add the protein and pulsate until well blended.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Other frozen fruit can be substituted for the mango.
