Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 29 oz can 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Combine pumpkin, sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  • Beat well and pour into greased 9"x 13 cake pan
  • Sprinkle cake mix over top, followed by pecans.
  • Pour melted butter over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
