Ingredients

brussel sprouts
2
tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1/4
tsp
freshly ground pepper
Parmesan Cheese
optional
Instructions
Set your oven to 400.
In a large bowl, mix the brussel sprouts with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour them on sheet pan, preferably lined with parchment paper, and roast 35 to 40 minutes until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly.
Top with parmesan, if desired, and serve.
Notes
