Cinnamon Crisps

  • 14 TortillaLand tortillas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vegetable Oil


  1. Heat oil in frying pan to 250-300 degrees (oil must be deep enough to cover tortillas)
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well, set aside.
  3. Cut tortillas into quarters.
  4. Once oil is hot, place 6-8 tortilla wedges into the oil.
  5. Continue to fry the tortillas (turning occasionally) until golden brown.
  6. Remove from frying pan and place on paper towels.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, turn over and sprinkle other side as well.
  8. Serve or store in an airtight container up to 7 days.
