Easy Salmon Patties with Dill Butter

Ingredients

can
14.75 oz Pink Salmon
1
egg
2-3
white crackers
crushed
2
tsp.
dill
freshly chopped
5
tbsp.
unsalted butter
divided
1-3
drops of lemon juice
optional
Instructions
Salmon Patties
Mix all ingredients in bowl until consistency is sufficient to form patties.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in pan and cook patties, turning at least once.
Dill Butter
Melt 1/4 cup unsalted salter in bowl.
Add dill and lemon, stirring until mixed well.
Pour immediately over salmon patties and serve.
